“Four Seasons Tennis and Health Club”
Jim Hall, with Nautilus Sport and Fitness Centers of Texoma, confirmed today that Nautilus purchased the “Four Season’s Tennis and Health club from Ben Dye.
“We are extremely excited to add this property to our Nautilus family 
of Sport and Fitness Centers,” stated Hall. Four Seasons, a beautiful multi-purpose tennis and swim complex, is conveniently located on several acres of land on Hwy 1417 about a mile north of Hwy 82 in Sherman. The club currently has 9 tennis courts, (two indoor courts and 7 lighted outdoor courts); a large swimming pool; a fitness center; sand volleyball courts, an outdoor picnic area, a pro-shop; and a youth recreation/game room.
The Dye family has proudly and successfully owned and operated the Four Seasons Tennis and Health Club for over twenty years and Nautilus plans on continuing that tradition. “It’s an exciting, but emotional day for me” said Dye. “This is my baby; it’s like watching a child grow up and then sending it off to college. I know the Hall family and the folks at Nautilus will take great care of Four Seasons and I’m proud of the fact that they will be taking it over. I’m sure they will run it with the same integrity and high standards that they run their
other facilities. I told myself that I’d always be selective as to who I eventually sold Four Seasons to, and they (Nautilus) are the perfect choice.”
Tennis will still be the main focus, but Nautilus intends to expand the health, fitness, and sport offerings. We are exploring the possibilities of adding indoor basketball, indoor & outdoor batting cages, indoor volleyball, golf cages, outdoor exercise jogging / walking track, a larger game room and a seasonal heated pool dome. In addition, Nautilus will add new workout equipment and provide certified fitness trainers, tennis professionals, and swim instructors to help members achieve their specific goals.
Nautilus has been in business in the Texoma area since 1986. “The purchase of Four Seasons is a great opportunity and benefit for our members and the Texoma community because it brings a 
whole new dimension to our businesses: encouraging the entire family to be active and healthy,” says Hall. “Our new motto is: no excuses!” Nautilus and its affiliate clubs now provide 10 locations in the area to choose from, with varying offerings and amenities. With the purchase of Four Seasons, they currently have 4 clubs in Sherman: Parkway Nautilus, Nautilus Lady, Nautilus 24 hour West, and the new Nautilus Tennis and Swim Club.
