Our Sherman Parkway Village Nautilus recently underwent a beautiful transformation in which the entire club was painted, re-floored, locker-rooms were expanded, and a significant amount of new equipment was added. Denison Nautilus recently remodeled and added new cardio equipment. Our newest Sherman club opened in February 2008. Nautilus West is conveniently located in your neighborhood with 24 hour access. It is elegantly designed with superior equipment and is continuing to expand with a 2,000 square foot group fitness studio!
NOW OPEN > Nautilus Sport and Fitness Centers recently acquired the former Shapes Xpress location, plus additional square footage in the shopping center. Nautilus Lady is located at 2114 Texoma Parkway, Suite 650, in the same complex as Hastings and Little Caesars. We are currently in the process of remodeling. This wonderful facility will include new nautilus equipment, free weights, cardio machines, a beautiful large ladies locker room area, FDA approved endermologie cellulite treatments, massage therapy, a tanning bed, saunas, kids room/nursery, private and group Pilates and group fitness classes.
