Commonly Asked Questions…about the club.How’s the parking?We have a large parking lot with plenty of spaces to choose from. Do you have lockers and towel service?We have lockers available for day use in both the men and women’s dressing rooms. Workout towels are available at the front desk upon request. Do I have to have a card to check-in?In order to use the club, you will be issued either a barcode or key fob (purchased). These will make your check-in quick and easy. How do I bring a guest?Guests are always welcome at the club. If your guest lives in the club’s marketing area and qualifies for our trial membership we will be happy to extend the courtesy. If your guest is from out of our club’s area and is just visiting for the day, we offer a $5 per day workout pass. Can I make my payments for my membership at the club?If you are on any type of membership plan we cannot accept payments for those at the club. ABC Financial Services, a company that specializes in helping fitness businesses service their memberships, is our company of choice and handles all membership payments for us. They can be reached at 1-888-827-9262. Money for services rendered within the club can be paid at the front desk. |
