ABILITY/WAIVER OF CLAIMS

It is expressly agreed that all use of the club facilities shall be undertaken by a Member or guest at his/her own risk, and Nautilus Sport & Fitness Centers shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries or damages to Member or guest, or subject to any claim, demand, injury, losses, expenses, or damages whatever, including, without any limitations, those resulting from intentional or negligent acts or omissions on the part of Nautilus Sport & Fitness Center, its owners, employees, officers,  and agents. I hereby forever release and discharge Nautilus Sport and Fitness Centers, its successors and assigns, as well as its parent corporation, affiliate corporations, officers, and agents, for all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, losses and expenses.
