Nautilus Sport and Fitness Centers offers wellness workshops/lectures as a service to our community and corporate members. These discussions cover current research, as well as practical lifestyle strategies related to cutting-edge health and fitness topics. Programs presented by our team of degreed professionals (Teresa Hall M.S., Exercise Physiologist, Sarah Khan M.S, R.D. (Registered Dietician), Tori Park, R.D, and Tracy Walla, R.N. ACLS) include:
