Proper health is about combining diet and exercise

We all know that exercise is essential for a healthy body, but a key ingredient is sometimes missing. We tend to forget the importantance of proper nutrition and the role it plays in our lives. Nutrition has to be made a priority to achieve specific health, fitness, or weight loss goals. Just as a personal trainer designs and assists individuals with customized exercise programs, our registered dietitian can assist you with personalized nutritional advice.

Sarah Khan, a registered dietitian, has recently joined the staff at Nautilus. Sarah graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. During her final year of college she worked at the University Health Center as a nutrition assistant. During college, Sarah focused on weight loss, sports nutrition, and healthy eating. She then went on to intern at the Michael E. DeBakey Medical Center and completed her Master’s coursework in a combined program with Texas Woman's University. Sarah has been a Clinical Dietitian at Wilson N. Jones for almost a year and is currently available for consultations at our facility. Please contact us for more information.
