PILATES

“In 10 sessions you will feel better, in 20 sessions you will look better, and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body.”
Joseph H. Pilates

Pilates training is based on a method created by Joseph H. Pilates originally designed to be called “contrology.” Control of a movement is essential in order to perform it most efficiently. Pilates requires complete coordination of the mind and the body. It develops the body in balance, corrects improper body alignment, restores physical vitality, refreshes the mind, and elevates the spirit.

Some Benefits of Pilates

  • Builds muscular strength and endurance
