Paula has been instructing group fitness classes at Nautilus for over 15 years.  She currently teaches all levels of Step classes, Body Blast, Awesome Abs, Spin Cycle, Buns Thighs & Hips, Total Body Fusion, Cardio Strength Camp and Yoga.  She holds a certification in Gliding Disks and SCW-Yoga certification.

Paula graduated from Lyon College in Batesville, AR with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Business Administration.  In college, was a member of the varsity track and cross country team for four years.  Paula still enjoys running and has continued to compete in many marathons and half-marathons.

She is employed by Lockwood Broadcast, owner of KTEN TV and Texoma CW, where she is the Senior Account Executive.  Paula is married to Ed Meacham, founder and coordinator of Mr. Ed's Strength and Conditioning Camp, and has a step-daughter, Allee Meacham, who also is employed by Nautilus
