Shawn Teamann has been a respected business leader and fitness professional at Nautilus Sport and Fitness Centers (NSFC) for over 7 years.  As the general manager/personal training director, he has developed and implemented numerous innovative club programs, motivated and trained the current superior staff at NSFC, organized marketing plans, and provided outstanding customer services to the members of NSFC.

Shawn earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Health and Physical Education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  He has also completed continuing education courses in biomechanics, anatomy & physiology, barbell resistance training, biological sciences, and physical sciences.

In addition to his education, Shawn is a Cooper Institute certified personal trainer and has created effective fitness programs for individuals of all fitness levels and all walks of life. His list of clients includes housewives, business executives, health professionals, college athletes, a professional golf caddy and Miss Teen Texas. 

Since he was a child, Shawn has excelled as an athlete in numerous sports including football and power lifting.  Although Shawn enjoys engaging in many forms of physical activity, his current passion is resistance training, which led to his involvement in natural body building competitions. After competing in and winning several amateur contests he recently received first place in the “Iron Guns Showdown”. With this title, Shawn earned a highly respected pro card in bodybuilding. 

At one of his body building competitions, Shawn’s attractively sculpted physique caught the eye of representatives from the well known national magazine Muscle and Fitness.  Shawn was professionally photographed in Los Angeles California and featured on several pages of the November 2007 issue of Muscle and Fitness.

Shawn’s education; accomplishments as competitive athlete, power lifter and natural body builder; outstanding leadership qualities, and personal perseverance to be healthy and fit himself, make him a positive role model and outstanding professional in the health and fitness industry, in the Texoma community and at NSFC.
