Tiffany has been teaching group fitness classes at Nautilus since July 2008. She enjoys teaching Basic Step, Stretching, Abs, Buns Thighs and Hips, Upper Body Strength, YOGA, Beginner, Senior Fitness, Pregnancy Exercise, Zumba, Nauti Bodies and much more. She holds over 10 years experience in the Fitness Field. She comes to us from Oklahoma, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1991 from the University of Oklahoma (with emphasis in Health Promotion and Exercise Physiology). In the late 80s and 90s she taught aerobic and step classes for the University of Oklahoma, “Adult Fitness Program”. She, also, taught sports conditioning classes to the OU Men’s and Women’s Golf Teams and the OU Women’s Softball Team. She completed 12 hours towards her Master’s Degree in Health Promotion and worked as a Teaching Assistant for OU Academic classes: Weight Training and Gymnastics. She co-owned and operated an Aerobics Studio called Second Wind in Norman, Oklahoma. In 1991 she helped to open a “State of the Art” fitness center in Norman, OK., for the United States Postal Services. She worked as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and performed fitness assessments and programming on postal students. She then went to work for Deaconess Hospital, Excel Fitness Center as the Fitness Center Coordinator. She taught back safety classes to new Hospital Employees and various local Corporations. She performed fitness testing and programming for hospital employees, and worked with a team of Cardiologists, Cardiac Nurses and Physical Therapists in cardiac rehab and post rehab. She worked closely with patients and developed maintenance Exercise Programs to ensure their up-most health and safety. She, also, taught group and kids fitness classes for Sundance Studio and the Weight Room in Oklahoma City. Tiffany currently holds certifications though: Group Fitness Instructor through ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise), Silver Sneakers for Senior Fitness, Yoga Fit, Zumba, Mom’s in Motion and Urban Strip Tease.
