TRACY WALLA

 

Tracy has been a group fitness instructor with Nautilus for over 10 years. She has battled weight issues all her life and her desire to be fit led her to us.  Tracy has received her certification as a group fitness instructor through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, her personal trainer certification through American Council on Exercise, and recently received Cooper Institute’s Certification for Personal Training. She has also earned certifications in yoga, cycling, and resistance training.  Tracy teaches several group fitness classes including Spin Cycle, Body Blast, Buns Thighs & Hips, Awesome Abs, Cardio Strength Camp and Step classes.

Tracy is a Registered Nurse and has been practicing for over 15 years.  She is certified in advanced cardiac life support and works in the specialized area of cardiac catherization at Texoma Medical Center.  

She enjoys healthy activities including running, mountain biking and road biking and, in 2007, Tracy achieved a fitness goal when she completed the Hotter-n-Hell 100 mile ride in Wichita Falls.
