Water aerobics provides a great cardiovascular and strengthening workout without the risk of muscle or joint injury. Our classes are professionally instructed to combine a variety of techniques; for example, traditional water exercises like walking, running, interval training, and cross-country skiing designed to improve aerobic endurance and stamina. In addition, we incorporate innovative equipment and techniques such as Pilates and Yoga based movements for gentle controlled strengthening and improved range of motion.
Nautilus water aerobics classes are taught by certified instructors that show you how to get into shape and stay that way! Our classes are for people of all ages with varying health conditions. Lower intensity classes are available for seniors, as well as classes designed specifically for expectant mothers. The only thing needed is a swimsuit and a towel!
If you desire a little variation in your work out routine or if you are new to aerobic exercise, this is a great way to get started. Do it together as a family!
